St. Luke’s is looking to hire a part-time Accounting Assistant to join our team in Tarpon Springs.

What do we look for?

 

Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with the public and has worked in an office environment where a high level of customer service was required. 

 

The position requires a person with outstanding interpersonal skills including a pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, tact, diplomacy, patience, and flexibility.

  •  Minimum 1 year accounting experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required
  • Knowledge of Solomon highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced accounting department
  • Duties include daily cash reconciliations, GL journal entries and analysis
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am -12:30pm
