General Information

St. Luke’s Cataract & Laser Institute is looking to hire a part-time Van Driver. The Transportation Van Driver is responsible for picking up and dropping off patients between their residences anywhere in Florida to our office in Tarpon Springs. There are times the driver may also be responsible for transporting containers between our office locations.

 

The Van Driver will ensure delivery schedules are maintained in a safe, professional and accurate manner with a focus on friendly and accommodating customer service while complying with Department of Transportation regulations and regulations.

The position requires a candidate with outstanding interpersonal skills including a pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, tact, diplomacy, patience, and flexibility. The ideal candidate must also have the ability to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.

 

Qualifications

  •  Minimum one year of professional transportation industry
  • Current Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Available to work between 6am and 8pm, Monday – Friday, up to 30 hours per week
  • Must demonstrate professional and courteous manner
